Contact us to learn more.

The SWP Systems logo represents “intellectual integrity,” the core characteristic of our company and an essential trait of each employee. The two wreaths, laurel and palm, symbolize achievement and intellectual virtue and are inspired by the reverse side of Leonardo da Vinci’s portrait of Ginevra de’ Benci. These symbols are effectively hidden from view and epitomize the nature of the SWP “quiet professionals” who work out of the spotlight and maintain total customer privacy. The two “V”s that form the “W” in SWP stand for virtus (integrity and character) and veritas (truth and honesty). The triangle underneath the ‘W’ is the Greek letter delta, a clandestine symbol of valor and service to our nation.

Giving Back

Giving Back is, quite simply, the right thing to do. Since the majority of our employees are veterans of the military or Federal service, they understand sacrifice, and the importance of Giving Back. Through employee volunteerism, charitable contributions and a generous matching policy, our employees make a difference.

Ethics

Ethics are the moral principles that govern our behavior and character. And by extension, the ethics of our employees provide the bedrock of the SWP ethos. Our key elements are:

  • Leadership – Hold yourself and others accountable for their actions and maintain high standards. Make decisions that are best for others, not yourself.
  • Integrity – Always speak truth to power, no matter how difficult it may seem to be. Communicating bad news is as important as sharing good news.
  • Fairness – Everyone should have opportunities to advance personally and professionally. Personal or company benefit should never trump equality, common courtesy, or respect.
  • Humility – Share credit with others, accept shortcomings as your own
  • Respect for Others – Dignity, equality, opportunity, compassion, and empathy. No clarification required.
